Since 1963, Ellaways Music has been a household name for Queensland musicians. Starting as a humble French polishing business in Fortitude Valley, this family success story has grown to include three massive stores and over 40 staff, servicing the north, and now south sides of Brisbane.

Ellaways boasts Australia’s largest music super store at Underwood, including its own 300 seat venue and a multi-million dollar prestige piano showroom. This venue regularly hosts concerts, workshops and visits from top international artists.

Ellaways is still wholly owned and operated by the Ellaway family and the patriarch and founder, Stanley, still has regular contact with management, ensuring the Ellaways values are upheld for all of our customers and that we continue to give our customers everything that they need to make great music.
